Attention Knoll furniture aficionados, for sale is this lovely walnut credenza/sideboard by Knoll Associates designed by Florence Knoll. Circa 1960s, it's just been lovingly restored with keen attention paid to keeping it as original as possible...once again ready to grace your home with that classic elegance for the next 30+ years and could be used as a dresser/sideboard, credenza, or entertainment center filled with vinyl or below a flat-screen TV.
OVERVIEW: It has amazing construction and ample storage that embodies the classic mid-century modern piece of furniture/art it is. Four sliding doors reveal ample interior storage for records, booze bottles/glasses, etc. Also, each interior section has an adjustable up/down shelf that can also be removed or relocated to another section for nice flexibility too. Black leather pulls open each door, all sitting atop newly-polished chrome legs with black plastic foot pads to protect your floor. Credenza top is the most-realistic looking walnut laminate that most would not notice isn't actual walnut, and very protective should you want to place electronics or glassware on top. In short, it's a classic piece that's stood the test of time and will never go out of style.
CONDITION: I've restored numerous Knoll dressers, credenzas and sideboards over the years and this one ranks right up there in terms of quality craftsmanship, deep-and-dark walnut coloring and overall original condition. It's just been restored and given a protective coating to protect this beauty for the next 50+ years; and as with all vintage furniture, there are small signs of wear/patina throughout that I've addressed/blended but still remain. It presents beautifully overall.
DIMENSIONS: 72" long x 18" deep x 28" high
