Hans Wegner is regarded as one of the most influential Danish designers, and his design influence can be readily seen today even. To own an original/vintage Wegner piece is truly a piece of history that would be a showpiece within any room...such as it is with this exquisitely-restored Hans Wegner Danish teak dining table for Andreas Tuck (aka model AT-303 or AT303), often referred to as the "saw-horse" table for its wonderful cross-leg design.
OVERVIEW: One of Wegner's most recognized table designs, this beauty features an old-growth teak top, unique cross-leg/sawhorse oak legs and brass stretchers underneath. And its nicely-sized for smaller-to-medium dining spaces, or could even be utilized as a desk.
CONDITION: I've restored numerous teak pieces over the years so keen attention was paid to every detail of restoration so it's now in absolutely gorgeous condition. As with all Wegner pieces, it is of the highest-quality old-growth teak and Danish craftsmanship...once again exuding a beautiful/protective sheen finish to showcase that lovely warm teak glow. As with all vintage furniture, there are some minor blemishes but you'll be hard-pressed to see them on this one - its seriously in pristine condition again! Overall, its stunning and presents beautifully.
BACKGROUND STORY: I've had the privilege of having this wonderful table within my personal collection and it gracing our dining space for a number of years but as a furniture restorer/collector you simply can't keep everything so I'm now offering this collectors-grade piece to someone who'll appreciate it as much as I have.
DIMENSIONS: 62.5" long x 33.5" wide x 28" tall
