Newly-restored Broyhill Brasilia extendable dining set - 66" long (table, two leaves, four chairs)

RESERVED FOR LAURA (10-19-22): A mid-century classic, the Broyhill Brasilia walnut extendable dining set - restored and extendable rounded square table - (Broyhill Brasilia product no. 6140-47) and four matching Brasilia singleback dining chairs boasting new gray fabric seats. Circa 1960s, I've refinished many Brasilia tables over the years and this one came out quite lovely - the walnut tabletop is now in fantastic condition...a beautiful table for your family to gather around for the next 30+ years!

TABLE: Nicely sized for smaller-to-medium dining spaces, the walnut tabletop has that timeless 'surfboard' curved shape and elegant slender Brasilia scalloped legs, and just refinished to the period-correct satin finish that is now in great condition while providing a protective coating that'll last the next 30+ years. Size is 42" x 42" and comes with two 12" expansion leaves that extend the table length to 54" or 66" total length and can simply be inserted for larger dinner parties. Normal dining table height, 30" high.

CHAIRS: Four dining chairs feature the Brasilia-signature seat backs, and have all been just reupholstered in a durable, heather gray cotton/poly textured fabric that nicely compliment the walnut wood tone. The seatbacks are 37" high, 20" wide/deep. Chairs retain some minor/vintage wear but overall this set presents beautifully.

OVERALL CONDITION: Recently restored and given a new protective finish to both protect this beauty for the next 30+ years and give it a lovely, period-correct satin sheen. Tabletop walnut woodgrain/condition is quite lovely, hopefully the photos do it proper justice as I took pics in different lighting to showcase its pristine condition. As with all vintage furniture, there are some small signs of wear/patina throughout that I have already addressed/blended...this set presents beautifully overall though. I've restored many Brasilia pieces over the years and this one ranks right up there. They don't make furniture of this quality anymore. Overall, the set presents beautifully and is a high-quality piece of MCM furniture.
